You can now ask, “Did we ever promise to pay for PPE?” The AI can find an email where you promised to pay for hard hats, even if it doesn’t contain the term "PPE". This feature ensures you have all the information you need at your fingertips, improving communication and decision-making.

Setting Up

To use this feature:

1. Ensure you have set up Site Diaries or configured your Outlook to forward relevant emails to your project-specific email address, found in the Mail tab in the Contract Administration Portal.
2. Access the chat functionality by clicking on "Emails" or "Site Diary" in the sidebar of the Chat Portal.
