Support for Word Files and Encrypted PDFs

Hevi now supports a wider range of file types, including Microsoft Word documents and encrypted PDFs. This update means:

• Seamless Uploads: No need to convert files before uploading. Simply drag and drop your Word documents and encrypted PDFs into the upload box.
• Enhanced Monitoring: Hevi reads Word document attachments when monitoring emails and site diaries.
• Error Reduction: Upload protected documents without issues—as long as you can open them on your computer without a password, Hevi can process them.

AI Monitor Checks Against Internal KPIs

In addition to monitoring against contract terms, Hevi's AI monitor can now assess emails and site diaries against your custom internal KPIs. This feature allows you to:

• Set Internal Targets: Define KPIs that reflect your organization's goals and performance metrics.
• Manage Profitability: Ensure you're not only contractually compliant but also meeting profitability targets.

To set up your internal KPIs:

1. Go to the Contract Portal.
2. Select the Project module in the sidebar.
3. Navigate to the KPIs tab and click "Add".
4. Make sure your contract is uploaded to "Main Contract Documents" in the Documents tab.

Customizable AI Monitor Ratings

You now have the ability to fine-tune Hevi's AI monitor ratings to suit your project's specific needs. By providing examples of what should be classified as High, Medium, or Low, you can:

• Adjust Alert Levels: For instance, always flag potential delays as "High" importance while marking day works claims as "Medium".
• Improve Relevance: Receive alerts that align more closely with your project's priorities.

To customize your AI monitor ratings:

1. Visit the Contract Portal.
2. Select the Settings module in the sidebar.
3. Go to the AI Monitor tab.
4. Enter your examples for High, Medium, and Low classifications.

Daily Summary Emails for AI Monitors

Stay informed without constantly checking the platform. Hevi can now send you daily summary emails highlighting issues flagged by the AI email and site diary monitors. Benefits include:

• Proactive Alerts: Get notified when something requires your attention.
• Consolidated Summaries: If you're managing multiple projects, receive a single email summarizing all pertinent information.
• Customization: Choose whether to include "Medium" importance flags in your summaries.

To enable daily summary emails:

1. Access the Contract Portal.
2. Click on the Settings module in the sidebar.
3. Navigate to the Notification tab.
4. Add users to the recipients list and set your preferences.
