Hevi review

The Jumbo standing by for 2 hours is significant. Under clause 5.2, a delay/standby event arises once non-productive time exceeds 2 hours. On these facts the contractor may be entitled to claim delay charges, and equipment availability has dropped below the KPI threshold.
